We don't track you. Our products are designed to work without collecting personal information. Specifically:

  • We don't collect your name, email, or contact information

  • We don't monitor your app usage patterns
  • We don't collect device identifiers or advertising IDs
  • We don't use analytics or tracking libraries

2. Information That Stays on Your Device

All data created and used by our products remains on your device:

  • Wi-Fi+: Network passwords, connection history, and preferences are stored locally in your macOS Keychain or app container
  • Settings and Preferences: Your app settings are stored in your device's local storage
  • User-Generated Content: Any content you create stays on your device unless you explicitly choose to share it

3. When We Might Process Information

App Store Transactions

When you download our apps or make in-app purchases through the Mac App Store, Apple processes your transaction. We receive only aggregate sales data from Apple that cannot identify individual users.

Support Requests

If you contact us for support:

  • We only use your email to respond to your request
  • We don't add you to marketing lists
  • We delete support correspondence after resolving your issue, unless we're required to keep it for legal reasons

Crash Reports

If our app crashes and you choose to send a crash report:

  • The report contains only technical information about the crash
  • No personal data is included
  • Sending crash reports is always optional and requires your consent

4. Third-Party Services

Our products may interact with third-party services you choose to use:

  • iCloud: If you enable iCloud sync, your data syncs through Apple's iCloud service according to Apple's privacy policy
  • System Services: Our apps may use macOS system services (like networking APIs) which operate according to Apple's privacy standards

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • Sensitive data is encrypted using macOS Keychain Services
  • We follow Apple's best practices for app security
  • Our apps are sandboxed to prevent unauthorized access
  • We regularly update our apps to address security concerns

6. Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

Since we don't collect your personal information, there's nothing to:

  • Delete
  • Port to another service

Your data is yours, on your device, under your control.

8. International Users

Our products are available worldwide. Since we don't collect or transmit personal data, there are no international data transfers to be concerned about.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through our app or website. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when this policy was last revised.

10. Open Source and Transparency

We believe in transparency. Where possible, we open source our code so you can verify our privacy practices yourself.

If you're a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Since we don't collect personal information, these rights are automatically respected:
